Tips for hiring the Stars

Plan Early!! We generally schedule 6 months ahead of time for a private party. It is best to contact us 9 months to a year in advance to ensure we can reserve your date. As soon as you reserve your venue - call us!! We are currently booked into 2011.  See our calendar for open dates.

You do not need to hire someone to run sound No need to hire additional people to run sound, we prefer to run our own sound and use our own high end equipment . Since our music style varies so extensively through out the night, this ensures you are receiving the consistent quality we strive to provide.

We differ from a DJ It is sometimes difficult to follow a to follow a set "play list" of particular songs that you would like us to follow in a particular order. We are happy to assist you to determine the type of music you would like, however, we do ask for flexibility. Feel free to let us know what genre of music you prefer and those types of music that you prefer to avoid. Also let us know if you find any songs particularly offensive. You can view the most accurate and updated song list here. Again, we are a professional band and recognize that many of our popular "club" songs are not always appropriate for a wedding or a private party.  We will work with you to ensure your party is a success.

We always charge for our services. As charitable as we would like to be, we are unable to "donate" our services, or play at no charge for "marketing" or "networking" purposes.

We MAY occasionally be able to learn a specific song for your event for an additional fee with adequate (several months)notice. Please see the song list on this site for the most up to date and accurate list of songs we perform.

Outside events We do REQUIRE that you have a covered area available for the band in the event of rain if you are planning an outside event. This is a nonnegotiable . We reserve the right to refuse to set up in the event of poor weather, forecasted rain or when WE feel weather conditions are questionable if adequate shelter is not provided. So please ensure you have an alternate location available for the band

Adequate power is essential for our performance. Our agent will provide you with additional details regarding power requirements during the booking process

Adequate space We do have an enormous amount of equipment which requires adequate space for us to perform. We do require a floor, concrete or a stage (we do not set up on the grass, in the dirt or in the sand). Our agent will provide you with stage requirement during the booking process

Deposits and contracts are required for all private events. We apologize that we may not be able to reserve your date unless our signed contract and deposit are returned to our agent within 7-10 business days from the verbal booking.

Family Friendly and Professional we strive to maintain a family friendly presence during wedding receptions and dinning venues.  In the event we a hired for a family friendly event, we are courteous and refrain from songs that may be offensive to children and elderly guests.  Be assured all music is edited, the band refrains from profanity and  our band members do not consume alcoholic beverages at private events.
